Hi, I’m Mara, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and founder of Dreamy Littles Sleep Consulting.

 
Before becoming a sleep consultant, I spent over two decades working hands-on with children and families as a professional nanny and later founded [InHome Care Solutions]inhomecaresolutionsco.com, where I’ve helped families find trusted, nurturing childcare support. Throughout my career, one thing became clear over and over again: sleep affects everything.
 
I saw exhausted parents trying to pour from an empty cup. I soothed overtired newborns through long nights, supported toddlers struggling with bedtime battles, and helped families find calm in seasons that felt overwhelming. I witnessed firsthand how sleep deprivation can impact a child’s mood, development, confidence, and how deeply it affects the emotional well-being of the entire household.
 
Then I became a mother  and later, a grandmother.
 
What I once understood professionally became deeply personal. I experienced the exhaustion, the second-guessing, and the emotional weight that comes with wanting to do everything “right” for your child while also trying to care for yourself and your family. Those experiences are what led me to pursue certification in pediatric sleep consulting.
 
I created Dreamy Littles Sleep Consulting because I wanted families to feel supported, understood, and empowered not judged. My approach blends professional childcare experience with compassionate, realistic guidance tailored to each child and family’s unique needs. I believe healthy sleep isn’t about perfection; it’s about creating peaceful, sustainable routines that help both children and parents thrive.
